By accessing or using LaunchYourApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing LaunchYourApp. The materials contained in this application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Description of Service

LaunchYourApp is an Expo React Native boilerplate designed to help developers quickly start and deploy mobile applications. It provides a foundation for building cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo technologies. The service includes pre-configured components, navigation structures, and common functionalities to accelerate the development process.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of LaunchYourApp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.

3.2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use LaunchYourApp for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or insider trading.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to LaunchYourApp are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.

4.2. Use License: Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of LaunchYourApp per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in LaunchYourApp;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

4.3. Termination: This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by LaunchYourApp at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

LaunchYourApp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations: In no event shall LaunchYourApp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use LaunchYourApp, even if LaunchYourApp or a LaunchYourApp authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Modifications to Terms

LaunchYourApp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, the LaunchYourApp boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.
